Mosquitos:
Mosquitos come out of hibernation as the weather warms up. During the summer, Mosquito population is at its peak. Mosquitos continue to survive throughout the fall as well. Once the temperature stays constantly below 50 degrees, they go back into hibernation.
Rodents:
Fall and Winter is when mice, rats and other rodents seek shelter. The spring is there matting season which causes a spike in population during the spring. They enter business and homes through the tiniest of cracks and crevices and are hunting for food and shelter.

Roaches are not seasonal pest, they breed year round. All they require is an active source of food and shelter to survive even the most brutal conditions. They can entire homes and business through the tiniest of cracks and crevices and are usually food near food and water sources such as bathrooms and kitchens.
Bedbugs:
Bedbugs are a persistent pest that breed year round. Although statistics show a slight uptick in bedbug population during the summer they still are serious threats no matter what time of the year. Bedbugs can survive in near freezing temperatures up to 122 degrees Fahrenheit.

As the weather gets warmer flies and filth flies are able to generate from decomposed trash and organic matter. Spring time is the beginning stages of fly and filth fly, during the summer the population is at its highest.
